As a key player in our marketing team, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our legendary brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive brand management, fueling our marketing objectives, strategies, and philosophies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and recapitulating electrifying marketing events and programs, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in igniting excitement and leading the charge in making our brands unstoppable.

">Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the identification and alignment of key business performance indicators for all strategic pillars. You will ensure quarterly execution of plans, track performance indicators, and suggest changes as required.
  • You will entrench our brands organically into relevant sports, gaming, music, and culture by identifying the right associations and developing new insights. Key national intellectual property will be activated among the target audience.
  • This role requires planning and aligning execution models for strategic pillars, guiding teams to activate according to plan. Inspection of plan vs execution will meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  • Marketing contracts will be owned and managed, supporting timely revisions for the execution of all plans. Coordination with global counterparts will be ensured for changes and revisions of contract.
  • Digital activities or promotions, content videos, and other related tasks will be undertaken.
  • National quarterly plans will be presented and aligned, integrating feedback from bottlers and revising plans to support business. Inspection of plan vs execution will guide the regional team to meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  • Negotiations with agencies/strategic partners will be conducted to leverage and create unique sampling and sales opportunities.
  • Branding and logo use will be ensured to be acceptable at all events and activations.
  • Closure and handover of all execution plans, toolkits, and clear deliverables will be ensured.
">Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study is preferred.
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is also preferred.
  • Additional experience desired: More than 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects.
  • Additional experience desired: More than 10 years of experience in the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Computer skills desired: Advanced user Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel MS Word, and Outlook).
  • Additional knowledge or skills desired to be successful in this role: Fluent English is desired.
  • Availability to travel for work in the Latin America region is required.
