Supply Chain Controlling Manager Role Summary

The Supply Chain Controlling Manager is responsible for monitoring and analyzing Supply Chain performance indicators, coordinating financial planning and forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of group reporting requirements.

\

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organizational structure. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Controlling, with experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Monitor and analyze Supply Chain performance indicators (SCPI) and ensure continuous improvement opportunities.\
  • Coordinate and execute the financial planning and forecasting process for Supply Chain functions (COP and SCPI).\
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of group reporting requirements.\
  • Calculate COP (Cost of Products) landed costs, including ICP, FX impact, inbound logistics, VAS, customs, and other taxes.\
  • Act as a finance business partner to Supply Chain managers, providing transparency on financial KPIs and financial expertise in SC topics.\
  • Perform mandatory RCM controls for SC Controlling, support and provide information during internal and external audit reviews.\
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Controlling.\
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance/Controlling, with experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Finance considered an advantage.\
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude to handle financial data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.\
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and excellent verbal and written communication in English.\
  • Proficiency in SAP and high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.\
  • Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, collaborating with various areas and stakeholders.\
  • Knowledge of cost management and performance indicators, with the ability to implement and monitor processes effectively.\
