Embark on a captivating career as a Cabin Crew Member, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for passengers. This role requires you to maintain the highest standards of safety, emergency, and security practices in accordance with corporate and civil aviation rules and regulations.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing warm welcomes to customers, assisting with seating and baggage, and introducing themselves to customers in their assigned area. They will also be expected to familiarize customers with seat functionality and in-flight entertainment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Flight Preparation:
    • Update knowledge on onboard updates and communications to guarantee consistent delivery of safety and service elements on every flight.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Welcome customers warmly during boarding, greet them by name when possible, assist with seating and baggage, and introduce themselves to customers in their assigned area.
    • Familiarize customers with seat functionality and in-flight entertainment systems.
  • In-Flight Experience:
    • Create a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the flight, maintaining presence in the cabin and being visible and available to address customer needs.
    • Anticipate and respond to customer requirements efficiently and with a smile, offering alternatives when necessary.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Provide exceptional care to high-value customers and those with special needs, such as mothers with infants and elderly passengers.
  • Cabin Maintenance:
    • Ensure a clean and comfortable cabin environment by maintaining working areas tidy and continuously monitoring, tidying, and replenishing toilets.
  • Communication:
    • Inform and clarify information about known delays, diversions, or disruptions to customers.
  • Professional Image:
    • Maintain immaculate image and uniform standards, displaying a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Teamwork:
    • Contribute as an active and supportive team member, taking direction from the SFS/Purser and supporting decisions within the chain of command.
  • Sales Promotion:
    • Promote Duty Free sales to customers, support the duty free operator, and conduct duty free services if required, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
