Job Title: Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to drive brand awareness and market share in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be innovative, practical, objective, and passionate about marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and increase market share.
  • Conduct research on consumer behavior, competitor benchmarking, and market trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Define brand positioning, product promotion, and communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, R&D) to ensure alignment of marketing plans with business goals.
  • Develop and implement sales support strategies, including promotional campaigns, auto shows, and test-drive events.
  • Oversight of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including social media, SEM, display ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage content marketing across company platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Monitoring and optimization of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive brand visibility and customer conversion.
  • Tracking key performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and refining marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing in the automotive industry (OEM, automotive parts, dealership, or aftermarket).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and market expansion methods.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and integrated marketing communication (IMC).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (or other target market languages) to work with global teams.
