About the Role
This is a client-facing position that requires a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM applications and digital marketing strategies. As a Salesforce Consultant at IBM, you will work with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions
- Collaborate with clients and development teams to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM applications.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership
- Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions and understand client business challenges.
- Develop and implement solution architectures that address client business needs.
- Architectural Best Practices Advocacy
- Establish and promote design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards within internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality in solution delivery.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including lead nurturing, segmentation, customer journey, and marketing analysis.
- Leadership, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud resources and functionalities (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).
- Experience with APIs and integrations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL operations and joins.
- Experience with other email marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Certification in Email Specialist or Administrator Marketing Cloud and Consultant Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with CDC implementation.
