Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Field Service demand and define appropriate actions, including recruiting.
  • Develop team competencies to address current and future needs.
  • Ensure team utilization and have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Foster strategic relationships with institutes of learning to attract and develop talent.
  • Manage and maintain internal and external relationships to achieve company targets.

  • Contribute to annual budget preparation and service forecast evaluations.

Main Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical university, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a technical service-minded organization.
  • 3-5 years of job-related experience with a technical degree and/or bachelor's degree, and some project management experience or training.
  • Service management skills and/or experience with coordinating service teams.
  • Experience within a Mechanical/Maritime environment organization with an international scope.
  • Understanding of the Field Service process.
  • English language proficiency (Spanish and/or Portuguese considered as a plus).
  • Proficiency with process tools such as SalesForce (CRM), Qlikview, and FS Mobility.
