Paid Media Specialist Role

We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to accelerate your career in digital media. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with professionals across the Americas to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive growth and revenue.

  • You will be responsible for managing large-scale budgets and driving real results for top advertisers through executing and managing native ad campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or Liveintent.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements.
  • Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of media buying or programmatic experience, with a focus on performance-driven results across social or native ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, Mediago, or Liveintent.
  • Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence and task management.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly in a remote work environment.
