Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Business Technology (BT) Security and Risk Management, the Manager of Technology and Third-Party Risk Management will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of the BT and Cybersecurity Risk Management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the performance of the BT Technology and Third-Party Risk Management team, maintaining budget adherence and achieving team objectives.
  • Act as a liaison to synchronize BT risk management efforts with BT and business stakeholders, ensuring effective risk evaluation and sustainable remediation strategies.
  • Define and drive prioritized risk remediation using industry frameworks such as COBIT and NIST CSF to mitigate technology risks in alignment with Bunge's risk management framework.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of technology systems and third-party vendors, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate risk treatment options.
  • Mentor team members and enhance the use of process automation and reporting through Bunge's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
  • Collaborate with various functions across Bunge's Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to support risk management initiatives.
  • Lead projects related to internal controls and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to policies and achievement of program goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, risk management, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Over 11 years of experience in Information Technology, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years in managerial or leadership roles within similar fields.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IT, Cybersecurity, and Third-Party risk assessment and management techniques.
  • Familiarity with compliance programs such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), PCI, and GDPR is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance methodologies and automation through GRC tools.
  • Experience with frameworks like COBIT, NIST CSF, and ISO 27k is essential.
  • Certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, or CISSP are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment and build constructive relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Project management skills are preferred.
