SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless functionality and efficient processing within the Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules, as well as Employee Central. You will provide technical knowledge and consultation to process owners, collaborate with other departments for process optimization and configuration changes, and project manage integrations with third-party systems.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot system interface errors, resolve system-related issues, and develop and maintain system administration procedures and documentation. Your expertise in troubleshooting system issues or previous experience as a systems administrator/analyst will be invaluable in this role.

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration experience, including Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Employee Central.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting system issues or previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication at an Intermediate/Advanced level.
  • High-level business acumen, ability to work well in a team, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) accreditations.
  • System implementation experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
