Architecture Project Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Architecture Project Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in the field of architecture and urban planning.

This role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and suppliers to coordinate project details and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Accurately gather and update material data.
  • Oversee production, ensure correct project execution, and suggest improvements.
  • Standardize technical documentation.
  • Train, guide, and provide technical support to team members.
  • Coordinate communication with architects, engineers, and suppliers for project detailing.
  • Track deadlines, deliveries, and processes to ensure planning adherence.
  • Participate in meetings, offering suggestions for process improvements and innovations.
  • Analyze project performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD.
  • Desirable experience with Promob and Focco ERP.
