Key Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team.


This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic maintenance plans with large industrial clients, leveraging our solutions to optimize their operations and achieve long-term success.


The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans with enterprise clients.
  • Conduct in-depth training for operational teams and executives on our solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and share insights.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, preferably as a production or maintenance supervisor.
  • Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
