Senior Financial Planner and Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Commercial Analyst to join our team.
- Acknowledge Net Price, discounts, rebates, and investments per customer/channel, ensuring pricing governance and price/mix recomposition when necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of accruals (provisions) and reconciliations of commercial investments and patient support programs.
- Closing financial/commercial results, explaining variations between estimated and actual results, and addressing root causes.
- Develop scenarios and business cases, modeling price, mix, pack, market route, and tax impacts.
- Translate financial analyses into objective executive communication through clear reports and materials for leadership.
- Standardize and optimize processes, suggesting simple automations that increase speed and reliability.
Why You?
We are looking for professionals with advanced degrees in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Completed superior degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related areas.
- Experience in Financial Planning/Commercial, Pricing/NRM, or Business Finance.
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, PROCs, financial functions, and dashboards).
- Intermediate/advanced English skills.
Your Competitive Edge:
- Having knowledge of market route (direct vs. wholesale), PSP, and sell-in vs. sell-out dynamics in pharmacy retail.
- Having experience with ICMS-ST and tax impacts on price/margin formation.
- Experience with SAP (commercial/financial modules).
- Knowledge of Python for automating analyses and routines.
