Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installation Manager to oversee the construction, building, and commissioning of equipment on customer sites.

This is a collaborative role that requires developing operational plans, testing and validating equipment, conveying technical information to clients and colleagues, and handling project techniques with latitude.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop an operational plan for your team
  • Test and validate equipment, facilities, or plants according to design objectives or specifications for operational use
  • Communicate technical information to stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain knowledge management systems
  • Customize solutions to meet client needs
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Fluency in English and intermediate level in Spanish (if in Brazil) or Portuguese (if in Mexico)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence others
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
