Job Title: Senior Java Technical Architect

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development of complex Java applications, ensuring exceptional performance, security, and scalability.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of intricate Java applications
  • Deliver expertise on software/system design and collaborate with teams to implement sophisticated technical solutions
  • Cultivate strong relationships with architects, BAs, and other project stakeholders to assess feasibility of requirements
  • Recommend and promote industry standards, tools, and practices in IT

This position demands a professional with 8+ years of experience in software development, an in-depth understanding of various programming paradigms, advanced familiarity with design/architectural patterns and principles, and proficiency in Java and its frameworks.

Responsibilities include actively participating in code reviews, learning and applying new technologies, providing technical guidance and mentorship to Java developers, and assisting in identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
