Especialista Suprimentos - Foco em Compras Corporativas

Role Overview:

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving strategic corporate purchasing initiatives focused on HR, Facilities, and HSEQ areas.

Guaranteeing efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization, you will act as a partner to client departments, promoting innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage acquisition processes of services and materials for HR (consultancies, training, benefits), Facilities (maintenance, cleaning, patrimonial security) and HSEQ (PPEs, environmental services, audits).
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiations with specialized suppliers.
  • Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and economic viability studies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal norms, and ESG requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance KPIs and propose improvement actions.
  • Participate in digital transformation and automation projects for procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge in contract management and compliance.
  • Strategic negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP and ARIBA) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Solid experience in corporate purchasing.
