About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pedagogical Director to join our team at Conhecimento Integrado. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of education and developing and implementing the educational curriculum and pedagogical plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinated and supervised the pedagogical team to ensure the quality of education.
  • Developed and implemented the educational curriculum and pedagogical plan.
  • Evaluated and monitored the academic performance of students and teaching practices.
  • Organized training and development programs for teachers and staff.
  • Established pedagogical guidelines aligned with the institution's mission.
  • Ensured compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Established an effective communication channel between the pedagogical team, students, and parents.
  • Coordinated educational projects and innovated teaching methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields.
  • Post-graduate degree in Educational Management, School Administration, or related fields (desired).
  • Proven experience in pedagogical management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and educational platforms.
