Digital Platforms Support Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Digital Platforms Support Consultant.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Moderate content on social media platforms, ensuring neutrality and adherence to platform policies;
  • Evaluate videos and other user-generated content for compliance with platform guidelines;
  • Identify and report infractions within the platform in accordance with policy;
  • Work closely with users to ensure they understand and comply with content policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be of legal age;
  • Complete high school education;
  • Have advanced English skills and native or fluent Portuguese proficiency;
  • Be available to work at our campus in São Paulo.
