About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Licensing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of clinical outcome assessments (COAs) licensing activities and programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversight of COA licensing activities from study initiation through closeout, including partnering with study project managers, setting up vendors within IQVIA systems, and ensuring quality deliverables are on time and within budget.
Creation, tracking, and reporting on COA licensing project timelines.
Financial reporting on COA licensing projects, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
Monitoring, managing, and communicating expectations and activities related to COA licensing to cross-functional project teams.
Coordination with other project resources within and outside the organization.
Negotiation of COA licensing costs and contracts.
Development and maintenance of internal databases of COA licensing requests and project plans.
Participation in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations for COA licensing.
Meting with team members regularly to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, other sciences, or related disciplines.
4+ years' work experience in clinical research, medical affairs, vendor management, or other related scientific roles.
2+ years' work experience in a Project Management, Consulting, or other similar client-facing role.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development process.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented approach to work delivery and output, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics.
Ability to think and develop initiatives independently, in alignment with usual Project Management approaches.
Sound judgment and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
