Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the INNO team in achieving a stable operation while sustainably scaling our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Deep dive into labor benefits laws and the payments business and regulations ecosystem.
- Hold good and close relationships with stakeholders by understanding our core business, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
- Receive, understand, and backlog demands from stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear and frequent status reports.
- Ensure all demands are aligned with Swile's business proposition.
- Work hand-in-hand with the UX team to deliver best-quality user experience.
- Convert Swile goals into Product Vision and Product Roadmap.
- Be the strategic link between business and engineering to ensure delivered products have business value and meet strategic goals.
- Build a strong agile culture between Engineering and Product.
- Strong understanding of labor benefits laws and the payments business and regulations ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product management and agile methodologies.
