The ideal candidate will have experience working in Cost/Price estimation of SURF EPCI Projects (covering PMT, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Marine Base, offshore operations) and will be able to analyze and optimize project costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of estimators, providing guidance and oversight;
- Develop and implement cost estimation methodologies;
- Analyze and optimize project costs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance;
- Experience with O&G Industry;
- Knowledge of Material Cost Estimation methodologies, ability to understand bids received from market scouting and verifying the alignment to contract requirements evaluating potential cost implication of deviations;
- Knowledge of principles and basics linked to the cost allocation, cash flow calculation and WIP monitoring for projects;
