Job Summary

The Industrial Controller Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial activities of the Jaguariuna site, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive financial decisions and strategies that align with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure adherence to accounting principles and standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage inventory, cost, and expense controls to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and administer the organizational budget, monitoring adherence across departments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their growth and development.
  • Engage with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with external financial consultants and advisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience in budget management, financial analysis, compliance, strategic planning, leadership, mentoring, relationship management, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost control.
