Shopify Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Shopify Developer. As a member of our software development team, you will play a key role in creating custom Shopify themes and applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and Shopify APIs.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of projects.

The ideal candidate for this role has at least 3 years of experience in Shopify development, advanced English language skills, and a solid understanding of Shopify APIs, Liquid templating, and custom theme work. Familiarity with modern frontend tools such as React, Tailwind, and Vite is also an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Shopify themes and applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and Shopify APIs.
  • Integrate directly into client teams and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Build scalable and efficient solutions for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional Shopify Development experience.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Solid understanding of Shopify APIs, Liquid templating, and custom theme work.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tools such as React, Tailwind, and Vite.
  • Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows.
