We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Event Manager. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of corporate events from conception to delivery.

As a Senior Event Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire event process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed to meet our high standards. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events\
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure the best rates and services\
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders and attendees\
  • Oversee logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements\
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure successful event outcomes\
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients\
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event delivery\
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners\
  • Participate in post-event evaluations and debriefs to identify areas for improvement\
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building\
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\
  • Actively participate in company-sponsored training programs and workshops to enhance job performance\
  • Support the achievement of company objectives and KPIs\
