Technical Solutions Analyst Role

Are you a skilled construction professional looking to leverage your expertise to drive innovation and success?

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in deploying our cutting-edge solutions for clients, ensuring projects are executed with precision and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Implementation: Manage the implementation of our solutions on construction-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Client Onboarding and Training: Train and onboard client teams, tailoring sessions to their specific workflows and requirements.
  • Solution Guidance and Support: Provide expert-level guidance and support, troubleshooting challenges and offering actionable insights to maximize client outcomes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback, identifying pain points, and sharing insights to influence product roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address project challenges.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% as required.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
