Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to provide expert financial support and guidance to our Regional Sourcing Team.
This role requires in-depth financial and procurement analytics as well as the ability to operate with a big picture perspective to drive category performance.
A process and innovation mindset will be critical to the success of this role in building, improving, and adopting Consumer Source Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Procurement Organization to deliver strategic financial support.
- Evaluate Cost Improvement projects (CIPs) to identify value drivers for the financial statements.
- Support during closing and forecast cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Source to meet cost commitments across all areas of PPV.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, WWP's, and internal policies and procedures through effective support.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to work well in a dynamic environment, recommend, and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and VLOOKUP functions.
Nice to Have:
- Intermediate Power Query skills.
- Intermediate Alteryx skills.
