Key Job Description

This role is all about supporting our fast-growing team with email marketing tasks at a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup: Build and launch automated email workflows inside Customer.io based on provided briefs and templates.
  • A/B Testing: Set up tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to help optimise open rates and conversion rates.
  • Email Localisation: Coordinate and implement localisation of email content across multiple languages using AI tools and localisation guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track email performance metrics using tools like Mixpanel and Customer.io. Compile weekly reports and flag trends or anomalies.
  • Operational Support: Support the Marketing team with routine QA, list hygiene, tagging, and UTM tracking to ensure clean execution and data accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, product teams, and data analysts to ensure campaigns are accurate and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Customer.io or similar tools. Exposure to Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or other data tools is a plus.
  • Language & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with or localising multi-language content is a plus.
  • Mindset & Soft Skills: Fast learner with a passion for email marketing. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
