Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shuttle Agent in Portugal. As a Shuttle Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth transportation of clients between the airport and company premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients at the airport and provide assistance with their luggage if needed.
  • Provide transportation services between the airport and our headquarter.
  • Interact with clients throughout their rental contract, including verifying the accuracy of data entered into the contract.
  • Take over rented vehicles from customers and check the vehicle's condition to identify potential damages.
  • Register damages and amounts from customers, and request a review regarding our services.
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license (B Category)
  • Passport
  • Excellent English skills; any other language known is an advantage
  • Integrity, perseverance, and determination in difficult situations
  • Persuasive and extroverted attitude
  • Customer orientation abilities
