Job Overview

Lead a team of professionals in our fulfillment centers, driving process improvement and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will track operational performance, foster employee engagement, and own the development of your team to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of 30+ warehouse associates.
  • Review weekly work forecasts and identify productivity requirements to meet overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor resources and ensure efficient shift operations while meeting all goals.
  • Own operational metric reporting, including key performance indicators such as order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure teams are properly trained on processes and procedures, understand metrics and performance goals, and have their needs addressed for optimal performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of people management and operational leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, train, and develop talent for professional growth.
  • Solid computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
