Job Title:

Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with internal teams and propose solutions to control system and modeling problems. The selected candidate will work on testing simulation models and related manuals for new energy grid-connected equipment, as well as collaborating with model development and HIL testing teams to validate new products against regional grid code requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions;
  • Conduct thorough analysis of simulation models and provide high-quality reports;
  • Work closely with model development and HIL testing teams to ensure seamless integration and validation;
  • Stay up-to-date with new grid code and product requirements emerging in the relevant region;
  • Collect and analyze technical data from competing products;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or a related field;
  • Strong English technical communication skills and document writing skills;
  • Spanish language skills required for LATAM region coverage;
  • Proficient in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD for power system simulation and modeling;
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, etc.;
  • Experience in control system design and grid-connected modeling delivery preferred;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and PSCAD for power system simulation and modeling;
  • Experience with advanced programming languages such as C++ or Java;
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to grid connection and renewable energy systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
