The Retail function at UOB provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We offer a range of products and services, including deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment, and wealth advisory services.

We aim to empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while extracting more value from their money. Specifically, we focus on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

• Strategically acquire new customers for mortgage/housing loan products through various marketing channels.
• Advise, prepare, and deliver suitable mortgage packages for customers.
• Grow the bank's current customer portfolio by providing product solutions that meet the Bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the profitability and growth of the branch by developing and maintaining customer relationships through utilizing the full spectrum of banking services.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in business-to-consumer sales with a proven track record.
• Sales experience in Banking Retail Products, preferably in mortgage sales, will be an added advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Result-driven individuals who can comfortably interact with all levels of people are preferred.
• A strong commitment, confidence, determination, self-motivation, and teamwork are necessary qualities.

$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
