Job Overview:

Flowserve is seeking a dedicated intern to join our Quality department, where you will assist in administrative functions and support the daily operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management of the Quality Management System (QMS);

- Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization;

- Collaborate with the Quality Manager in overseeing QMS administration;

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and raise awareness among staff;

- Support initiatives related to Health, Environment, and Organizational Safety;

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year;

- Proficient in Excel;

- Eager to undertake administrative responsibilities;

- Energetic, positive, and effective in client communication;

- Consultative, articulate, and possess strong interpersonal abilities;

- Capable of teamwork and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;

- Residing in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

Preferred Skills:

- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish;

- Advanced English skills.
