Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to establish a robust outreach strategy, encompassing high-volume phone calls and email campaigns, to stimulate interest in commercial real estate opportunities.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach initiatives to engage potential capital providers, ensuring seamless handoffs for follow-up discussions.
  • Coordinate introductory meetings with lenders and investors to gather comprehensive criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus areas.
  • Conduct thorough research on lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Accurately maintain capital provider investment parameters within our CRM system, guaranteeing all information remains up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to synchronize outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Prior experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, specifically within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) with exceptional verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
