About the Role:

This role is responsible for planning, coordination, and management of landscape conservation activities. It ensures alignment with strategic vision while managing all aspects of program implementation.

  • Planning and coordination of conservation activities in the Campo-Ma'an landscape
  • Ensuring effective and quality implementation of activities to meet agreed program objectives
  • Strategic planning, coordination, implementation, reporting, and management of the landscape
Responsibilities:Program Management and Operations
  1. Manage day-to-day supervision of the Campo-Ma'an Landscape program while ensuring effective and quality planning and implementation of activities
  2. Play the lead role in strategic planning, coordination, implementation, reporting, and management of the landscape
  3. Ensure that all activities are delivered in line with agreed timelines and budgets
Program Development
  1. In collaboration with the program development department, provide inputs to proposals development to support conservation initiatives/activities in the landscape
  2. Support the Country Director with the liaison of donors and networks on program/project implementation
Grant Management
  1. Undertake specific landscape fund management responsibilities
  2. Ensure successful delivery of grant-funded projects within time-frames and budgets
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in conservation management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of conservation principles and practices
