About This Position

This is a senior financial analyst position responsible for performing revenue recognition tasks from contract inception through general ledger reconciliation for assigned client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in revenue accounting as well as financial analysis and compliance to GAAP ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.

  • Perform business close activities and month-end closing tasks, journal entries and reconciliations for assigned clients
  • Improve and manage the contract approval process from proposal through signature
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting requirements including variance analysis
  • Support the external and internal audit process
  • Prepare deferred cost analysis and client margin analysis

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in public accounting combined with industry experience preferred
  • Experience working together with sales finance & operational teams to forecast financial results and revenue recognition treatment
  • US GAAP (ASC 606) and IFRS (IFRS 15) revenue recognition rules expertise
  • Ability to work from office on Hybrid mode
