We are looking for a leader to head our project management team and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Manage the project management team and ensure projects are delivered on time and efficiently.
- Work with the sales team to define project scopes, cost estimates, and delivery times.
- Implement project management methodologies and agile processes to maximize team efficiency.
- Manage project workflow and ensure effective communication between the team, clients, and other departments.
- Identify and resolve potential issues and risks that could affect project quality, timeliness, or budget.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and external partners.
- Provide regular reports on project status and team performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading project management teams, preferably at a digital agency or technology company.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Skills in managing budgets, deadlines, and scopes of complex projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Skills in conflict management and problem-solving.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different areas of the company.
- Higher education in areas related to technology, administration, or engineering.
