Senior Frontend Developer React

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering squad, you will collaborate in the technical design of solutions, develop high-quality frontend features, and ensure seamless implementation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in defining best practices and architecture standards, aligning with company strategies and market trends.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to make decentralized technical decisions.
- Contribute to high-level requirements meetings, helping product and design teams prepare initiatives, epics, and stories.
- Support the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards.
- Identify and suggest new tools and technologies to solve problems.
- Communicate complex ideas and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the Frontend Chapter, disseminating technical knowledge and proposing improvements.
- Help with the career development of other professional developers.
- Ensure technical integration between squads.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debts and bugs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with full-time Software Engineering work experience.
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in React framework.
- Knowledge of Java or other programming languages.
- Experience with Server-Driven UI (SDUI).
- Experience with APIs and capabilities.
- Experience with Cloud platforms and main providers.
- Experience with Monitoring Tools, Metrics, and Observability.
- Experience with Agile Framework.
- Experience with DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and main tools.
- Knowledge of Quality (stress tests, load, TDD, BDD).
