About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead our agile projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry-standard agile methodologies
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing agile projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills, including industry-standard methodologies
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, MS SharePoint, Webex, and MS Office/Project
- Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and distributed project teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Proven ability to deal with challenging team members and personnel issues
