Chief Transformation Officer

Achieving large-scale transformation requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen. As a Chief Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide change initiatives that support business capabilities and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture strategy, principles, standards, and reference architectures.
  • Create and socialize technology roadmaps that align with overall strategy and support business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Advanced Analytics) for their potential to create competitive advantage in retail.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect role.
  • Proven experience and a strong understanding of retail processes and systems.
