Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM strategy, email marketing, and customer segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated CRM strategy across channels.
  • Manage email marketing, SMS, push notification, and CRM automation campaigns.
  • Create and support customer base segmentation and management.
  • Define and monitor CRM performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication across digital channels.
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and trends in CRM and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, RD Station, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
