Job Overview

This is a high-profile cybersecurity position that requires expertise in risk management and information security.

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the organization's Governance, Risk, and Assurance (GRA) function, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT solutions and internal processes.

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Analyst who possesses strong process knowledge, ability to design and/or improve risk management processes, and good knowledge of cybersecurity principles, governance, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies, vulnerability management, and security control frameworks, including NIST RMF and CSF, ISO 27001, and COBIT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage security exception requests to ensure compliance with security standards and mitigating associated risks.
  • Conduct information security risk assessments of internal processes and IT solutions as an information security risk subject matter expert.
  • Prepare security exception risk profiles and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure risk management practices align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Identify, analyze, assess, monitor, and track risks in the information security risk register.
  • Monitor, track, and manage risk mitigations and exceptions to ensure cyber security policies and standards are established, implemented, and followed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Information Security Risk Analyst or in a similar role focused on information security risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
