Lead Advanced Data Modeling and Attribution Strategies

This pivotal role focuses on building innovative data models, supervising data analysts and engagement leads, and continuously revising approaches to enhance service quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of advanced data modeling and attribution strategies that align with client objectives, supervise and mentor a team of professional services data analysts and engagement leads, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.

  • Develop and refine attribution models, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and other analytical frameworks incrementality.
  • Actively review and refine existing project delivery methodologies and analytics solutions to drive innovation and improve client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical expert in client engagements, providing deep insights and strategic guidance to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record in data engineering and analytics.

  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
  • Excellent communication and team coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
