The Dispensary Concierge is a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a distinctive shopping experience that drives sales results. This position is responsible for providing concierge-level service to patrons and patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns
• Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research
• Retail knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions
• Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies, and regulatory agency compliance
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals are met

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience with customer service in retail
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
