- Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast discoverability
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
- Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
