Risk and Audit Expert Talent

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Audit expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing assurance and recommendations to our Executive Board and Audit Committee on our risk management, control, and governance practices.

The Business Risk and Audit function (BR&AF) provides assurance and recommendations to the Executive Board and the Audit Committee on Randstad Group's (risk) management, control, and governance practices. Therefore the department facilitates in setting governance standards.

As an Internal Audit Expert, you have minimum 8 years of relevant experience, a Master degree in business or economics and related accreditation, and level BEC B1/B2 or higher Business English. You are experienced in international stakeholder management & change, an innovative thinker that challenges the status quo, and have experience with Excel in risk & audit methodologies & tools and internal control theories.

You will participate and take the lead in risk assessments and audit planning and scoping, including researching relevant business objectives, policies, regulations. You will prepare and execute audits by evaluating and analyzing the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating identified risks.

You will work closely with business operations managers, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. You will maintain contact with local and international management, global and local process owners, and collaborate closely with other involved stakeholders like other impacted functions within the group.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assurance and recommendations to the Executive Board and Audit Committee
  • Participating and leading risk assessments and audit planning and scoping
  • Preparing and executing audits
  • Maintaining contact with local and international management
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders
