The Hiring Assistant role at our organization is a perfect fit for proactive individuals who are passionate about hiring, talent hunting, and people operations.

As a Hiring Assistant, you will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position requires daily communication in English and is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent acquisition tasks within a growing organization.
  • Engage in administrative processes related to people operations.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet business needs and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), Strong communication skills, Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, Experience in fast-paced environments or startups, International experience, Undergraduate degree.
