Our team is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Booking Coordinator to join our remote team. This work-from-home role involves assisting clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements while delivering exceptional service and seamless planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
  • Personalized Travel Recommendations: Provide tailored travel recommendations based on each client's needs and preferences.
  • Booking Logistics: Manage all booking logistics through online platforms and maintain accurate client records.
  • Client Communication: Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging tools to address questions, changes, or concerns.
  • Travel Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination options.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality support before, during, and after travel to ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in travel booking or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Digital Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and booking platforms (training provided).
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
