Your responsibilities:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Talent Acquisition
Location: Brazil

The intern will support various operational activities, including attracting and recruiting students in line with SAP's strategy for Early Career Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

• Engage in local events throughout Brazil (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc.)

• Participate in the complete life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote roles based on the company's needs

• Conduct intake discussions with Hiring Managers to align on profiles and recruitment processes

• Post job openings in the Recruiting Management (ATS) tool and other available platforms (e.g., universities, job boards)

• Manage all stages of the recruitment processes through the RCM system

• Assist in developing and maintaining a candidate pipeline, pre-screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, extend verbal job offers, and process formal offers

• Provide support to Hiring Managers and candidates regarding the recruitment process

• Assist University Ambassador groups in Brazil
