Job Description:
- Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to ensure accurate project documentation in CRM applications.
- Provide support for accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoice submittal, reporting, data scrubbing, and offline invoice preparation.
- Manage business intelligence reporting for internal departments and external clients, including A/R & A/P reports, SLA reports, and utilization reports.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in information technology as a data analyst.
- Expertise in Power BI, including creating interactive visualizations, generating insights from data, and developing comprehensive reports.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in advanced functions, formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
- Coversational English, advanced level.
