Key Role: Chief of Staff to the Marketing Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our marketing operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion.

Job Description

Marketing Operations Lead:

  • Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
  • Define and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Product, Sales, and R&D, to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches.

Vendor and Agency Management:

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to our standards and deadlines.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Assist in strategic decision-making processes, providing insightful analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of long-term marketing strategies.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • SUPPORT THE MARKETING LEADER IN LEADING THE MARKETING TEAM, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF INNOVATION, COLLABORATION, AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Understanding of creative quality and premium brand management, ideally from experience on a brand that makes compelling, high-quality marketing, balanced with experience and aptitude for how to be savvy about keeping budgets small and timelines short.
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing successful processes.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Calm and logical under pressure.
