Senior Analytics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in data-driven environments and have experience in developing advanced analytics solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and analytics solutions that drive business decisions across the organization. You will work with large-scale datasets, implement machine learning models in production environments, and leverage emerging AI technologies including LLMs to solve complex business problems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytics solutions.
  • Source, collect, and analyze new data sources.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement features into production.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Research, prototype, and implement emerging AI/ML technologies, particularly in generative AI and modern data science tools.
  • Contribute to the development of data science roadmaps and architectural decisions for scalable analytics solutions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and software engineering best practices. Experience working with unstructured data, machine learning tools in big data environments, and SQL/NoSQL databases is also essential. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mind, and attention to detail are required. Additionally, proficiency in both English and Portuguese is necessary, with Spanish language skills being an asset.
